Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "There is no word to describe Russian murderers who fired a combat drone at a residential house in Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv region, killing three toddlers, two two-year old boys and a one-year old girl, along with their 24 year-old father. Only an injured pregnant mom was left alive with burns.  

Russian is a terrorist state and its acts of terror cannot go unpunished. Every Russian criminal responsible for this and other atrocities must face justice. All international efforts aimed at tangible accountability must be sped up. 

Other Russian strikes all across Ukraine targeted civilian infrastructure, energy objects, and residential areas. Each such strike discredits diplomatic efforts. We urge our partners to increase pressure on Moscow to end the war."
