The UN Secretary-General has expressed concern over the threat of disrupting the efforts aimed at peaceful resolution of the situation in the Donbas. According to him, all provisions of the Minsk agreements must be fulfilled in order to avoid further escalation.
Ban Ki-moon assured that the entire world supported Ukraine. The UN will make further efforts for the Minsk agreements to be complied with by all the parties in order to de-escalate the situation in the Donbas, as stated by the UN Secretary-General.
